On Friday, August 5, Â鶹´«Ã½ University hosted the grand opening/ribbon cutting/open house of The Villas at Â鶹´«Ã½ (2005 Magnolia Street). The Villas at Â鶹´«Ã½ are rental units for faculty and staff at Â鶹´«Ã½ - a great addition to the Orangeburg community. The renovation of these units began in November 2021 and was completed in July 2022.
The Villas at Â鶹´«Ã½ comprise nine apartment units. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one full/and one-half bathroom,a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and washer/dryer. Other amenities include free internet and a security alarm. The Villas at Â鶹´«Ã½ expands affordable housing opportunities for University faculty and staff in Orangeburg.
