Students in the School of Business are encouraged to join organizations pertaining to their area of study.
ENACTUS (Formerly known as SIFE)
ENACTUS is an acronym refers to "Entrepreneurial Action by Us". This organization emerged in 2012 carrying the organizational legacy of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise). Enactus members believe that "human progress depends on our ability to tap into the entrepreneurial spirit that lives within each of us and channel the unique talents, passions and ideas we each possess toward creating good in the world."
This organization offers students the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial talents and networking skills to implement sustainable projects that would help the local communities. Student members of Enactes have the opportunity to participate in competitions to showcase their innovation and project management skills. Enactus members also have opportunity to network with a global community of student entrepreneurs because at present Enactus national competitions are held in 35 countries across continents.

NABA (National Association of Black Accountants)
NABA offers a variety of benefits to the accounting professional whether beginning your career or a seasoned executive. Benefits arrange from exposure to current accounting related topics to job searches to motivational and instructional conferences to mentoring to networking. NABA continuously strives to bring the most current industry issues to our members.

AMA (American Marketing Association)
AMA is a professional association for individuals and organizations involved in the practice, teaching and study of marketing worldwide. The principle roles are advancing marketing competencies, practice and thought leadership, being and advocate for marketing and promoting its importance, efficacy and ethics, being an essential resource for marketing information, education/training relationships.

Center for Entrepreneurship
Center for entrepreneurship hosts annual entrepreneurial business plan competition for Â鶹´«Ã½ University students. The winning teams are mentored to participate in various regional and national entrepreneurial business plan competitions. The center affiliated faculty members also advise student and local residents contemplating to start new ventures.
Delta Mu Delta
International honor society established to recognize and reward superior scholastic achievement of students in Business Administration.

Executive Lecture Series
School of Business hosts various executive lecture series on contemporary business issues. The lectures are given by prominent business and/or community leaders. These lectures provide great opportunity for our students to boost their processional networking skills and to connect with potential mentors from business and industries.
PBL (Phi Beta Lambda)

Sigma Nau Tau
The mission of the organization Sigma Nu Tau (SNT) is "To promote, recognize, and reward academic excellence in entrepreneurship and to encourage and recognize the practice of principled entrepreneurship". SNT is a national, academic honor society in entrepreneurship that charters SNT chapters at U.S. institutions of higher learning that offer bachelors, masters, and/or PhD degrees in entrepreneurship. Â鶹´«Ã½ University was the 7th chartered SNT campus (charter approved in January 2012).
