Faculty Exchange

FACULTY EXCHANGE offers accompanying students a short-term experience abroad for a period of up to four weeks. Similar to Student Exchange, the Faculty Exchange offering results from strategic alliances with our extended family of partner institutions abroad. Â鶹´«Ã½’s Faculty Exchange model is ideal for research-based academic travel in which students accompany faculty researchers for fieldwork. Exchange programs operate within specific terms of agreement which enable students to provide the usual tuition and fees to their home institutions, while teaching, or pursuing scholarship in a host institution in another region of the world.

Benefits of Faculty exchange

  • Expansion and extension of professional networks.
  • Expansion of employment pool of considerations.
  • Expansion of possible scholarly collaborations.
  • Opportunity to gain familiarity with topics concerning specific regions.
  • Opportunity to conduct cross-cultural field work; opportunity to author, or co-author cross-cultural studies.
  • Opportunity to lecture and/or present on topics or research findings before audiences differently diverse than one's national, cultural, or pedagogical origin.
